3 Days Kenya White Water Rafting on Athi River

Our tour guide will pick you up from Nairobi after your breakfast and head to river Athi with a packed lunch. You will have a warm welcome by the local rafting guide on your arrival.They will take you briefly through the safety measures concerning rafting activities and thereafter you will head to the departing place. You will receive protective gears for instance, the helmets, life jackets and paddles. Later on, you will have dinner at Athi hotel in town.Finally you will either retire for an overnight at a campsite while listening the beautiful sounds of animals and birds or in a hotel within the town of Athi.

In the morning after your breakfast, prepare your luggage, pack them in the rafts and possibly start your tour while navigating down to the river for 30km. you will go through various stages of class two (2) and three (3) rapids and class 4 which has two big drops. You will stop over on a small island which is in the middle of the river for lunch. Thereafter, you will either camp on another beautiful sandy beach for overnight or return back to a hotel in Athi Town.

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Early in the morning, you will have a wonderful breakfast at your comfort place. Immediately. You will have interesting game views as the animals drink water from the river as you navigate through the rapids andin the quiet forests with much more, increasing rapids. You will raft for about twenty five (25) kilometers before arriving at the final destination of this tour. From there you will pack all your luggage and proceed back to Nairobi where our safari will end.
